About Cloud Wireless

Cloud Wireless builds, installs and supports its own wireless broadband network for rural Devon, and its team is based in the county. It says it has been helping Devon homes stay connected for over a decade. The company, Cloud Wireless Ltd, was incorporated in March 2013 and is registered on Minerva Way in Newton Abbot.

A fixed wireless connection uses a small antenna on your home to pick up a radio signal, so no landline is needed, and Cloud Wireless says installation is free. It advertises speeds of up to 120Mbps. Local support is a big part of its pitch, with a promise that you will speak to real people in Devon and no overseas call centres.
