Independent profile snapshot

This extended snapshot summarises how the provider presents itself in the UK market. It supplements the dataset-led summary above.

BeFibre is an ultrafast full-fibre broadband retail ISP and the consumer-facing brand of FullFibre, delivering symmetrical speeds up to 2.3Gbps with no mid-contract price hikes to homes across the UK. Parent company Digital Infrastructure is backed by Basalt Infrastructure Partners with over £100m of private investment and builds its own independent full-fibre network using Openreach physical infrastructure access (PIA), targeting 80 towns and cities and one million premises by 2027. In 2025 FullFibre and BeFibre merged with Zzoomm to form one of the UK's largest altnet groups, combining around 600,000 Ready-for-Service properties and 65,000+ customers, with Zzoomm CEO Matthew Hare becoming Executive Chairman and FullFibre CEO James Warner becoming Group CEO. BeFibre offers four speed tiers from 200Mbps symmetric up to 2.3Gbps starting at £24 per month, with 24-month, 12-month and rolling monthly contract options plus a 30-day "Be Guarantee" satisfaction promise. Coverage spans over 30 UK towns in 16 counties including Brentwood, Clacton-on-Sea, Bamford and Uppingham, with expansion ongoing.
