About PXC
PXC, short for PlatformX Communications, is TalkTalk's wholesale arm, selling network services to other providers rather than to households. It is part of the same pre-pack administration as TalkTalk, a process in which the sale of a business is arranged before administrators are appointed.
BT agreed on 5 October 2026 to buy the business. That purchase is subject to a government review, so the deal is still pending.
