AllPoints Fibre Networks (APFN) is a UK national full-fibre wholesale operator owned by Fern Trading and Octopus Investments, formed in 2023 by consolidating four regional altnets (the original AllPoints Fibre, Jurassic Fibre, Swish Fibre and Giganet) into a single wholesale network. Its flagship platform, aquila, is an agile wholesale platform architected for seamless service experiences, frictionless automation and simple API-driven integration, giving connectivity service providers access to over 20 million ready-for-service premises across Openreach, BT Wholesale, CityFibre and APFN's own FTTP footprint. Customers can bring new ISP brands to market in as little as six weeks, without the overhead of network builds. Since 2025, aquila has added CityFibre multi-gigabit services (1.7Gbps and 2.3Gbps XGS-PON) and a Sky Business Wholesale Ethernet partnership extending nationwide coverage.
