Independent profile snapshot

This extended snapshot summarises how the provider presents itself in the UK market. It supplements the dataset-led summary above.

PureComms is a Cardiff-headquartered UK B2B business communications provider historically delivering full-fibre (FTTP), Ethernet leased lines, hosted VoIP, SIP trunking and business mobile services to SME business customers across the UK. Registered as PureComms Ltd (Companies House 03672816, incorporated 24 November 1998) at 6 St Albans Avenue, Cardiff CF14 4AT and led by former Director Philip Hugh Williams, the Companies House status is recorded as dissolved following PureComms' acquisition by Onecom Group in July 2025. Since the Onecom acquisition, the PureComms customer base has been integrated into Onecom's wider UK B2B telecoms portfolio, joining other Onecom-acquired brands including Excalibur Communications (2023), Nine Telecom / 9 Group (2021) and other SME telecoms businesses. The purecomms.co.uk website now redirects to onecom.co.uk/purecomms-onecom, where existing customers can access continuing service and support via the Onecom platform. Existing PureComms customers benefit from Onecom's wider connectivity, mobile, IT and managed services portfolio with UK-based account management. The service continues to subscribe to both CISAS and Communications Ombudsman Alternative Dispute Resolution schemes. Contact 0800 634 4733 or info@purecomms.co.uk.
