Lily has worked with small and medium-sized businesses since 2009, the year Lily Communications Ltd was incorporated, and is based at Millshaw Business Park in Leeds. It calls itself a managed service provider, which means it takes on the running and support of a firm's technology so its staff do not have to.
Its range covers managed IT support, Microsoft 365 licences and Copilot, cyber security, VoIP phone systems and connectivity, and it now offers AI agents and business automation too. The aim, it says, is to cut costs and simplify operations by keeping key business services in one place.
Lily says more than 2,500 businesses use it. It suits SMEs that would rather deal with one supplier for phones, internet and IT.
