Onecom works with businesses rather than homes. From Whiteley in Hampshire it sells business mobile contracts, broadband and managed connectivity, cloud phone systems and contact centre software, and it says everything is delivered through its own OneCloud platform.
The company was formed in 2000 and says it has a team of more than 650 people across a nationwide network of offices. Its range includes hosted VoIP (phone calls carried over the internet), calling through Microsoft Teams and Zoom Phone, replacements for old ISDN phone lines and a newer service called Halo, which it describes as a fully managed AI agent workforce.
It suits a firm that wants mobiles, connectivity and phone systems handled by one supplier.
