Independent profile snapshot

This extended snapshot summarises how the provider presents itself in the UK market. It supplements the dataset-led summary above.

YouFibre is a UK residential full-fibre broadband ISP founded in 2019 by CEO Jeremy Chelot (former CEO of Community Fibre), operating as the retail arm of wholesale fibre operator Netomnia. Registered at Unit H, The Courtyard, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury GL20 8GD (Companies House 12359292), YouFibre serves over 470,000 UK customers with FTTP packages starting at 200Mbps and reaching a market-leading 8000Mbps, delivered over Netomnia's XGS-PON network (10Gbps-capable today, ready for 50G-PON). Following the June 2024 merger of Netomnia with Brsk, YouFibre now operates alongside the brsk consumer brand on a combined wholesale platform with more than 3 million UK premises serviceable as of December 2025, positioning the group as the UK's fourth-largest full-fibre network and second-largest altnet. YouFibre offers no mid-contract price rises, a fair-price guarantee, 24/7 UK-based support, Wi-Fi 7 mesh hardware, and the YouFibre app for real-time account management.
