Tove Valley Broadband (TVB) is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit community broadband operator serving rural villages in the upper Tove Valley, Northamptonshire. Trading name of Abthorpe Broadband Association Limited (ABbA), the company has been delivering broadband to Abthorpe and Slapton since around 2004, then expanded the network in 2013 with a £108,000 Defra Rural Community Broadband Fund grant to cover Abthorpe, Bradden, Lois Weedon, Slapton, Wappenham and Weston. As of March 2026, TVB has 737 signed-up members with 734 properties installed - 251 wireless access connections and 483 full gigabit fibre access. The network delivers up to 10Gbps symmetrical fibre into the villages with radio distribution to remote properties.
