An Ullapool technology firm that designs, installs and maintains control systems and wired and wireless networks in the Highlands.
About SKT Controls
SKT Controls & Communications works from Ullapool Boat Yard, in the Highland village of Ullapool. It describes itself as a technology supply company, and its main work is designing, installing and maintaining control systems, communication networks and security systems.
Its engineers build both wired and wireless network links for voice, data and video, and the site mentions fibre optic, microwave and Wi-Fi. Remote monitoring is part of the offer too, along with maintenance plans meant to catch problems early.
The company was registered in February 2022. Its website does not describe a home broadband service, so if you live near Ullapool and want a connection, contact SKT to ask what it can supply at your address.
