OptaNet started in 2012 and sells broadband, phone and connectivity services to businesses, from firms with fewer than 10 staff to enterprises with several offices. Its registered office is on Queens Road in Brighton, and it says it also supplies connections for large scale events around the world.
Personal service is the thing OptaNet talks about most. Its homepage promises calls answered in six seconds, and its About page says customers will know their support team by name and have their phone numbers. It adds that the first person you reach in support will have the skills to understand the problem, with no tiers of support to work through.
Its website covers full fibre and Ethernet leased lines, a private line reserved for one business.
