About Voneus
Voneus began with a handful of rural villages and has grown into a network serving countryside towns and villages across England, Wales and the Isle of Arran. It says it uses a blend of fibre and wireless technology to bring full fibre broadband to homes that traditional networks often leave behind.
On 28 August 2026 it bought Airband's business, bringing it to about 170,000 gigabit-ready premises and 60,000 customers. Airband customers are now part of Voneus.
Its website says there are no mid-contract price rises, and it offers home phone, smart Wi-Fi, TV and security alongside broadband. It also connects holiday parks for their guests, and it has a page on the government's Gigabit Voucher scheme for rural homes.
