Registered as G.Network Communications Limited (Companies House 10057745, incorporated 11 March 2016) at Suite 3 Avery House, 69 North Street, Brighton BN41 1DH and originally founded in 2016, the company had accumulated approximately £300m of debt under former owners USS and Cube Infrastructure Managers. In early January 2026 G.Network was acquired by distressed-debt specialist FitzWalter Capital (Partner: Andrew Gray), filed a Notice of Intention to appoint an administrator shortly after (joint administrators Alvarez & Marsal) in mid-January 2026, and successfully emerged from administration in March 2026 with David Sangster, an original G.Network co-founder, returning as CEO. The operator is an ISPA member, subscribes to the Communications Ombudsman ADR scheme and was recognised on the Sunday Times Top 100 Tech list for 2025.
