Full fibre network builder for underserved towns, selling wholesale to ISPs, with Zzoomm as its sister retail brand for homes.
About FullFibre
Formerly listed as Full Fibre (FullFibre/Zzoomm), the business now keeps its two names apart. FullFibre is the wholesale-only network company, and Zzoomm is its retail brand for households. FullFibre says it connects more than 130 towns, picking places once labelled unviable and putting poorly served areas first.
Because the network company sells only wholesale, homes and businesses buy its full fibre through ISP partners, Zzoomm among them. It also runs Fibre Heroes, a campaign that explains full fibre to local people and gathers interest for those partners.
Both of its Project Gigabit contracts, the government-funded rollouts for the Derbyshire Peak District and for West Herefordshire with the Forest of Dean, were ended in 2026 and moved to Openreach. If you live in those areas and were waiting for FullFibre, look at Openreach's plans instead. The company is registered as Full Fibre Limited and was incorporated in November 2017.
