About Fleur Telecom
On 1 September 2026, Fleur Telecom took on 13,500 TalkTalk customers, all of them on older copper-line broadband and phone services. If your TalkTalk account moved over then, Fleur now runs it.
Fleur was formed in December 2014 and is registered at Piries Place in Horsham, West Sussex. It is a brand of the Telecom Acquisitions Group and sells broadband and home phone to households and businesses. Our records show copper broadband, fibre to the cabinet, where fibre runs to a street cabinet and copper covers the last stretch, and full fibre to the door.
When we visited this month, its website showed a maintenance page saying some of its systems were down.
