About Ask4
Most people meet Ask4 through where they live. The Sheffield company provides full fibre internet and managed IT inside multi-tenant buildings, such as purpose-built student accommodation and build-to-rent apartment blocks, and sells to the owners and operators of those buildings.
Led by chief executive Andrew Dutton, Ask4 says it serves over 360,000 customers, with offices in Spain and Germany as well as the UK. It has grown by buying other firms, including mywire, a German provider for shared buildings, and in 2025 Clearfibre, a broadband supplier to build-to-rent homes.
If your building uses Ask4, the connection is arranged by your landlord or building operator as part of your accommodation.
