Permitted use

You may browse BroadbandSwitch.uk, use our comparison tools, and read individual provider pages for personal or internal business research in the ordinary way.

Automated collection and the directory dataset

Automated collection, scraping, crawling for bulk extraction, or systematic downloading of the provider directory (including harvesting many provider pages to recreate the dataset) is prohibited unless we have given you written permission or a separate licence.

The directory is compiled with substantial manual auditing and verification. Under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 (UK), a sui generis database right may exist where there has been substantial investment in obtaining, verifying or presenting the contents. We assert those rights where applicable.
