Independent profile snapshot

This extended snapshot summarises how the provider presents itself in the UK market. It supplements the dataset-led summary above.

Digital Wholesale Solutions (DWS) is a UK wholesale connectivity and business services platform enabling channel partners, IT resellers and MSPs to deliver broadband, voice, mobile, cloud, cyber security and managed services to small and medium UK businesses via a single online marketplace. Originally part of the Daisy Group, DWS was rebranded to Giacom in July 2022 following the merger of Daisy Wholesale, Giacom and Union Street under Giacom (Communications) Group Limited (Companies House 11698405), backed by private equity investor Inflexion. The group now operates as Giacom across telecoms, mobile, IT and cloud wholesale verticals, serving thousands of IT channel partners with wholesale connectivity products sourced from Openreach, CityFibre, TalkTalk Business and other UK carriers. DWS is a channel-only wholesale platform rather than a consumer-facing brand, supplying partners rather than selling direct. The group subscribes to the CISAS / Communications Ombudsman ADR schemes for end-customer disputes raised via reseller partners. Daisy wholesale awards and channel recognition have followed the group through the rebrand; contact via info@dws.net or 0330 100 1233.
